Exporting Your Inventory to Whatnot
The Export Center is your hub for publishing inventory to the Whatnot marketplace. It previews every row before export, flags errors, and enforces your license tier restrictions automatically.
How It Works
- Open Live Seller Pro > Export Center from the menu.
- The system scans your WHATNOT_OUT sheet and builds a preview plan.
- Each row is classified (Single Comic, TPB, Variant, Poster, etc.) and checked against your profile rules.
- Errors appear in red, warnings in yellow. Fix any red errors before exporting.
- Click Export to generate your Whatnot-ready CSV file.
What Gets Checked
- SKU matching ??? Each row is matched against your inventory spine. Missing SKUs are flagged.
- Quantity validation ??? Zero-quantity rows are automatically dropped.
- Category restrictions ??? If your plan only covers Comics & Manga, non-comic categories are excluded. Upgrade to unlock all categories.
- Profile rules ??? Posters and promotional items are excluded by the Comic Edition profile.
- Subcategory inference ??? The system auto-fills Whatnot subcategories based on your content classification.
Understanding the Preview
The preview shows summary chips at the bottom:
- Total ??? All rows in your WHATNOT_OUT sheet.
- Exportable ??? Rows that will appear in the CSV.
- Excluded (profile) ??? Rows blocked by your profile rules (posters, promos).
- Category restricted ??? Rows blocked because your plan does not include that category.
- Errors ??? Rows with blocking issues that must be fixed.
- Warnings ??? Non-blocking issues worth reviewing.
