Exporting to Whatnot

Whatnot Export

LSPRO generates CSV files formatted exactly the way Whatnot expects them. No manual reformatting required.

Quick Export

1. Open Export Center from the Dashboard
2. Select the titles you want to include (or use filters to select by category, condition, or price range)
3. Choose Whatnot as the template
4. Click Preview to review the output
5. Click Export to generate the CSV

What Gets Exported

The Whatnot template maps your inventory to the 21 standard Whatnot columns (A through U):

• Title, Issue, Publisher
• Condition and grading details
• Starting price, Buy Now price
• Description (auto-generated from your profile rules)
• Category and subcategory
• Quantity

Profile Rules

Your export behavior is controlled by your Profile Rules. These rules determine:

• Default pricing formulas
• Description templates
• Column ordering preferences
• Which fields to include or exclude

Set your rules once in Settings → Profile Rules and every export will use them automatically.

Tips

• Always preview before exporting to catch any formatting issues
• Use the Smart Template feature to save different export configurations for different show types
• Export Center remembers your last filter settings
