Export Templates
Export templates define how your inventory data gets formatted when you export. LSPRO comes with a built-in Whatnot template and lets you create custom templates for other platforms or personal use.
Built-in Templates
The Whatnot template is pre-configured with the exact column layout, formatting, and data mapping that Whatnot requires. It is maintained and updated as Whatnot changes their import format.
Smart Templates
Smart Templates remember your formatting, pricing rules, and column layout. When you make changes to an export configuration and save it as a template, those settings persist across sessions.
Creating a Custom Template
- Open Export Center
- Configure your export settings (columns, formatting, pricing)
- Click Save as Template
- Name your template
- The template is now available in the template dropdown for future exports
Template Settings
Each template stores:
- Column mapping ΓÇö which LSPRO fields map to which output columns
- Column order ΓÇö the sequence of columns in the output
- Pricing rules ΓÇö formulas for calculating export prices
- Description format ΓÇö how the description field is generated
- Filters ΓÇö any default filters applied to the export
