Statement Billing
Statement Billing is available on LiveSeller Pro and above. It lets you generate itemized billing statements for your pull list customers based on their allocated titles.
How It Works
- Titles are allocated to customers through pull list management
- Each allocation records the title, issue, price, and date
- At your chosen billing cycle, LSPRO generates a statement for each customer
- Statements show every title, quantity, price, and the total due
Generating Statements
Open Billing → Generate Statements and select your billing period. LSPRO will compile all allocations into per-customer statements that you can export or share.
Statement Format
Each statement includes:
- Customer name and account info
- Itemized list of titles and prices
- Subtotal, any adjustments, and total due
- Billing period dates
