Your data security is a priority. Here is how LSPRO protects your information.
Where Your Data Lives
Your inventory data lives in your own Google Sheets account. LSPRO does not store your inventory on external servers. The spreadsheet belongs to you and is protected by your Google account security.
What We Access
LSPRO runs as a Google Apps Script attached to your spreadsheet. It accesses:
- The spreadsheet data (to read and write inventory)
- Google Drive (to store exports and templates)
- External APIs (for features like Box Balance and license verification)
What We Do NOT Access
- Your email or personal Google data
- Other spreadsheets or Drive files
- Your browser history or other tabs
- Payment information (handled entirely by Stripe)
Infrastructure
All Live Seller Pro infrastructure (support portal, knowledge base, API endpoints) runs on self-hosted servers in the United States. We do not use third-party SaaS platforms for core functionality. See our status page for current system health.
