Importing Inventory into LiveSeller Pro
The Import Center supports multiple data sources for getting your inventory into LSPRO. Whether you use CLZ Comics, a custom spreadsheet, or a distributor shipment file, the import pipeline validates, classifies, and enriches every row automatically.
Supported Import Sources
- CLZ Comics XML ??? Export from CLZ Comics mobile or desktop, then import the XML file directly.
- Custom Spreadsheet ??? Use the LSPRO import template with your own data.
- Distributor Shipment ??? Import weekly distributor shipment files for new inventory.
- Google Drive ??? Pick files directly from your Google Drive.
How It Works
- Open Live Seller Pro > Import Center from the menu.
- Select your import type (CLZ, Spreadsheet, or Shipment).
- Choose your file source (upload, Drive picker, or Gmail attachment).
- The system validates and classifies every row automatically.
- Review the import preview ??? errors in red, warnings in yellow.
- Confirm to write the data to your inventory.
Import Intelligence
LSPRO automatically classifies your imports:
- Category detection ??? Comics, TPBs, manga, variants, and more are identified from title patterns.
- Subcategory inference ??? Whatnot subcategories are auto-filled based on classification.
- Duplicate detection ??? Existing inventory matches are flagged to prevent double entries.
- Auto-Fix ??? Common data issues (missing fields, formatting) are corrected automatically.
Common Issues
- File not recognized ??? Make sure your file matches one of the supported formats. CLZ exports should be XML.
- Missing required fields ??? Title and quantity are required for every row.
- Encoding errors ??? Save CSV files as UTF-8 to avoid character issues.
