Export Center Not Loading

If the Export Center modal does not open or shows a blank screen, try these steps in order.

Step 1: Reload the Spreadsheet

Close the spreadsheet tab completely and reopen it. Google Sheets can cache old dialog code, and a full reload forces it to load the latest version.

Step 2: Check Your Browser

LSPRO works best in Google Chrome. If you are using another browser, try switching to Chrome. Make sure popups are not being blocked ΓÇö the Export Center opens as a modal dialog that some browsers may block.

Step 3: Clear Google Apps Script Cache

If reloading does not help:

1. Close the spreadsheet
2. Clear your browser cache for docs.google.com
3. Reopen the spreadsheet
4. Wait 10 seconds before opening Export Center

Step 4: Contact Support

If none of the above resolves the issue, contact support with your browser name, operating system, and a screenshot of any error messages.
